DRIVEN describes my journey to leadership. During this journey, I realized that a person’s success in life is based on attitude and not their IQ. A growth mindset can help improve performance with efforts/through a person’s capacity to adapt. This helped me in my life when I encountered adverse situations both personally and professionally. I found new opportunities when experiencing particularly challenging moments, such as the dot com crash and my health concerns. Today, I am driven to impact people’s lives by supporting their professional life. I have been involved in the technology industry for forty years and have seen its numerous evolutions. Leaders need to strengthen their leadership style and increase their ability to respond quickly. My book focuses on soft skills required for leaders to succeed in this complex and ever-changing business world.
